Browsing Data

Furthermore, the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails through the Website and/or to the addresses indicated on the Website entails the subsequent collection of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message sent.

However, if you wish to place an order for products offered on the Website and/or receive information about EMPRESA’s products and services and/or contact our Customer Service and/or use other services, you must fill in all fields marked as mandatory in the relevant Personal Data collection forms.

The processing of your data for the purposes referred to in subparagraphs (c) and (d) of paragraph 2 is subject to your providing explicit consent.
