You can access the site with your email address and the password you chose when registering and enter your reserved area where you can see the list of your orders and their status. In addition to this, when the goods are shipped we will inform you by email.
You have up to 14 days from receiving your order to return the item for a refund. To return an item to us you must access the site with your email address and password, enter your reserved area and click on "My orders". Once you have identified the order, find the line where the item you want to return is located and click on "RETURN REQUEST". Fill in all the data and send us the return request. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our store. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you keep proof of shipping. For security reasons, returns delivered by hand to our shop will not be accepted. Refunds will be made via the payment method you chose at the time of purchase. Returns will be processed within 48 hours, this may vary during peak periods. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
At the moment it is not possible to cancel or modify your order because we prepare your order once confirmed on the site. If you change your mind, you can return your items once you receive your order. For more information, see the Exchanges and returns section.
When you get to the cart you will find the coupon code request. Enter it and you will be able to benefit from the promotion or discount. *Only one promotional code can be used per purchase.
If you have a credit card of any type you can use it by choosing the PayPal option which allows you to also use your card to make the payment. If you have a PayPal account, choose the PayPal option and make the payment directly with your account on the PayPal website.
Yes, we have the "wish list" or "wish list" where you can save all the items you like by simply clicking on the heart symbol that you find on each item. Naturally, to find the articles you saved you will have to register on the site, otherwise you will not be able to find the saved articles when you return to the site.
Please check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items in your order is out of stock. In this case, we will refund you the amount corresponding to this item and the delivery costs via the same payment used for the purchase.
